Shipping Policy

We deliver across all governorates of Egypt.

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.
  • Other governorates: 2–5 business days.

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday). You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is on its way.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay only when you receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges

In line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

How to Request a Return
