سياسة الشحن

نوصّل لجميع محافظات مصر.

• القاهرة والجيزة: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل.
• باقي المحافظات: من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل.

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Sunday–Thursday). You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order is on its way.

الإرجاع والاستبدال

In line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you may return your purchase within 14 يوماً of receiving it, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
